THE LIVED WEEK / 001

ALIVR IN DEVELOPMENT · TRY THE FIRST WORKFLOW

Make the things you keep meaning to do actually happen.

The things that matter to you don't always come with deadlines.

Maybe there’s something you want to build, a hobby you’d like to return to, or someone you want to spend time with. If you keep putting it off, get stuck, or can’t settle on what to do, bring one thing here. You can choose a beginning, try it, and see whether you want to come back.

Start with five minutes. No account needed. Ages 16+.

Your intention stays in this browser. When you report an action, your answers help Alivr’s founder learn what works. Privacy · Terms

01 / THE SPACE BETWEEN

A life can stay full of potential
for a very long time.

You can save the idea.

Make the plan.

Watch the video.

Buy the equipment.

Tell yourself you’ll start Saturday.

Those things can help.
They can also become where you stop.

Alivr is for the moment you begin—and the moments when you have to decide whether to go back.

02 / TRY IT, THEN DECIDE

Give the idea
somewhere to go.

You don’t have to finish it today to start working on something you actually want to make.

AN INTENTION
“I want to make the comic I keep imagining.”

The story is still in your head.

You’ve got the characters and a few scenes in mind, but nothing’s on paper yet.

A REAL ATTEMPT

One scene, roughly drawn.

Spend five minutes on a rough scene, with a few lines of dialogue. The figures don’t need to look good yet; you’re starting to work with the story.

WHAT NEXT?
HOW WAS IT?“The dialogue felt awkward, but I want to draw the next scene.”More

Something to continue from.

You can draw the next scene or have another go at this one. If you’d rather stop, that’s an option too. The attempt gives you something to base that decision on.

Illustrative example. Your history is built from your own reported results.

MoreI want another attempt.

MaybeI’m still figuring it out.

DoneI tried it. I do not want more right now.

03 / START HERE, LIVE IT OUT THERE

A few minutes in Alivr.
The rest in your actual life.

The Lived Week

Alivr is in development. For now, you can try a simple guided beginning: choose something you want to do, take one concrete step, then come back and reflect on how it went.

If you’d like to continue after your first result, you can receive the remaining daily prompts and end-of-week review by email. That’s optional; you can use the tool without signing up.

Alivr’s founder sends those prompts and the review personally.

This is the first public version of Alivr, and what we learn about helping people act, come back, and choose better will shape the fuller product.

WHERE THIS IS MEANT TO LEAD

The goal is to
need Alivr less.

We want it to get easier to start the things you care about and make room for them in your days. Eventually, you’d come back because you want to do them again.
