The story is still in your head.
You’ve got the characters and a few scenes in mind, but nothing’s on paper yet.
ALIVR IN DEVELOPMENT · TRY THE FIRST WORKFLOW
The things that matter to you don't always come with deadlines.
Maybe there’s something you want to build, a hobby you’d like to return to, or someone you want to spend time with. If you keep putting it off, get stuck, or can’t settle on what to do, bring one thing here. You can choose a beginning, try it, and see whether you want to come back.
I’m not sure what I want to doYou can save the idea.
Make the plan.
Watch the video.
Buy the equipment.
Tell yourself you’ll start Saturday.
Those things can help.
They can also become where you stop.
02 / TRY IT, THEN DECIDE
You don’t have to finish it today to start working on something you actually want to make.
You’ve got the characters and a few scenes in mind, but nothing’s on paper yet.
Spend five minutes on a rough scene, with a few lines of dialogue. The figures don’t need to look good yet; you’re starting to work with the story.
You can draw the next scene or have another go at this one. If you’d rather stop, that’s an option too. The attempt gives you something to base that decision on.
Illustrative example. Your history is built from your own reported results.

03 / START HERE, LIVE IT OUT THERE
The Lived Week
Alivr is in development. For now, you can try a simple guided beginning: choose something you want to do, take one concrete step, then come back and reflect on how it went.
If you’d like to continue after your first result, you can receive the remaining daily prompts and end-of-week review by email. That’s optional; you can use the tool without signing up.
Alivr’s founder sends those prompts and the review personally.
This is the first public version of Alivr, and what we learn about helping people act, come back, and choose better will shape the fuller product.
WHERE THIS IS MEANT TO LEAD
We want it to get easier to start the things you care about and make room for them in your days. Eventually, you’d come back because you want to do them again.
